With a paper cutter, trim cardstock and invitation paper to desired size. Make the paper you plan to write on slightly smaller.
Search online and print out an ice cream cone template. Cut out the cone and desired number of scoops and place them on a cutting mat.
For the cone, wrap small pieces of Expressions Washi Tape around the paper. Remember: Any unclean lines in the back will be hidden when you secure it to your invitation. For the scoops, apply tape on top of the printouts, allowing it to go over the edges. Remove from the cutting mat, and trim excess tape by tracing the scoop pattern with your scissors. Repeat until your scoops are covered.
Arrange your cone and scoops, then secure them to your paper invitation with an Adhesive Dot Roller.
Create a small strand of tape bunting for the top corner of the invitation. Tape the ends of the string to the back of the paper invitation. Use Adhesive Dots to adhere the flags to the front.
Fasten the paper invitation to the cardstock with the Adhesive Dot Roller.
